Job Overview
We are seeking a Floater to join our team. The Floater will be in the classrooms from kids 6 weeks - 12 years old. You will be responsible for the safety, well-being, and development of the children. Implement age appropriate activities and support their emotional and social growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Provide care and supervision for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old.
• Follow all Kentucky Regulations
• Show patience and understanding with all the children
• Facilitate literacy education through engaging reading and writing exercises.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Requirements

• Experience in early childhood education or related field is preferred, 2 years minimum.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Negative TB Test
• Available to work 40 hours a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
