Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials according to the curriculum.
• Deliver interactive and student-centered lessons in a classroom setting.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
• Identify and support the diverse learning needs of students, including remedial help when necessary.
• Conduct regular assessments and maintain student records.
• Engage with parents/guardians to report on student progress and address concerns.
• Participate in school events, training sessions, and community outreach activities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure holistic development of students.
• Promote the values of the NGO, including respect, equality, and social responsibility.
