Teacher

Qualification Required:

• Master’s Degree in Arts (M.A.) or Commerce (M.Com.) from a recognized university.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) mandatory.
• Additional certifications in teaching methodologies or subject specialization will be an added advantage.

Experience (Preferred):

• Prior teaching experience at school/college level.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Classroom Management
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Use innovative pedagogical techniques to explain concepts clearly.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Academic Duties
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, question papers, and evaluation sheets.
• Assess and evaluate students’ performance regularly.
• Provide feedback and guidance to students for academic improvement.
• Student Support & Mentorship
• Encourage student participation and critical thinking.
• Provide individual support to students facing academic challenges.
• Mentor students in projects, competitions, and extra-curricular activities.
• Administrative & Institutional Contribution
• Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Participate in staff meetings, academic planning, and training programs.
• Support institutional events, cultural activities, and parent-teacher interactions.
• Professional Development
• Stay updated with latest teaching methodologies, subject knowledge, and educational technology.
• Engage in continuous professional learning to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
