Teacher

We are seeking a motivated Content & Batch Mentor to manage and guide a complete batch of students, design structured content, and ensure an effective learning experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of a batch and mentor students throughout the course.
• Design and structure content in an exam-oriented, easy-to-understand format.
• Ensure all concepts in your subject are explained clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to finalize content delivery and batch schedules.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduation in Science (BSc) / B.Ed required; Master’s degree optional.
• Exam Experience: Must have attempted at least one competitive exam (RPSC 1st grade or 2nd Grade, REET, NEET, etc.).
• Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge in at least one subject (Geography, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Hindi, Political Science, etc.).

Skills & Competencies:

• Content design and structuring.
• Excellent teaching and mentoring ability in Hindi.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Google Docs, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
