Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team at Kidz Klub House Mandeville. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment for children, focusing on their educational and developmental needs. This position plays a vital role in shaping the early experiences of our students in preparation for kindergarten.

Responsibilities

Implement engaging lesson plans from our curriculum and enhance to challenge kindergarten prep education.
Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
Foster positive relationships with children, promoting social skills and emotional development.
Create a positive working relationship with parents to promote home and school connection for students.
Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and manage daily activities effectively.

Requirements

Experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment for young children.
CDA or other early childhood degree, or willing to obtain.
