Teacher

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teachers to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for children. You will develop and implement an age-appropriate curriculum, facilitate learning activities, and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

- Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each child

- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based activities

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment

- Monitor and assess each child's progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and observations

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times

- Implement behavior management strategies effectively

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

- Knowledge of curriculum development and age-appropriate teaching methods

- Familiarity with working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus

- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and techniques

- Proficiency in using learning technology tools to enhance instruction

- Experience with behavioral therapy techniques is desirable

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
