Position Overview

We are seeking qualified and passionate faculty members capable of teaching subjects across school levels (Grades 1–10) and competitive streams (JEE/NEET).
The ideal candidates should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students towards academic excellence.

Subject Requirements

For Classes 1–10 (SSC/CBSE/ICSE/IB/IGCSE Boards):

All Subjects

• Mathematics
• Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
• English / Social Studies / Hindi/ Marathi
• History/ Geography

For Competitive Exams (IIT-JEE / NEET):

• Physics Faculty
• Chemistry Faculty
• Mathematics Faculty
• Biology Faculty

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., M.Tech., B.Ed. preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in coaching institutes or schools (freshers with strong concepts may apply).

Compensation

• For Grades 1–10: As per class load and subject hours.
• For IIT-JEE / NEET Faculty: Attractive package based on experience and results delivered.
