Teaching and learning responsibilities

• Lesson Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in both math and physics that are appropriate for different learning levels.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and adapt the curriculum, ensuring it is aligned with school standards and syllabus requirements.
• Student Assessment: Assess student progress through various methods, including homework, assignments, and exams, and provide regular feedback.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a stimulating and orderly learning environment that encourages student enthusiasm and discipline.
• Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students, including providing extra support for those who need it and more challenging tasks for advanced learners.
• Practical Application: Supervise lab sessions, deliver practical demonstrations, and potentially accompany students on field trips
