Teacher

The Instructor/Teacher in an ITI College is responsible for delivering high-quality technical education to students as per the NCVT/SCVT curriculum. The role includes conducting theory and practical classes, preparing lesson plans, maintaining workshop tools and equipment, and ensuring safety and discipline during training. The Instructor evaluates students through internal assessments, practical tests, and viva, while maintaining attendance, performance records, and exam documentation. The position requires active involvement in student development, mentoring, and support for placement, apprenticeship, and industrial visits. The Instructor also participates in institute meetings, administrative work, compliance processes, and government/skill-development schemes such as PMKVY and NAPS. The candidate should possess qualifications such as B.Tech/B.E (Electrical/Mechanical/CS), Polytechnic Diploma, or ITI with CTI/CITS in the relevant trade. Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, workshop management ability, and basic computer skills are essential. Experience in teaching or industry is preferred. Salary will be as per institute norms and will not be a constraint .
