Duties

• Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that supports behavior management and child welfare.
• Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain discipline while encouraging positive interactions among students.
• Engage in curriculum development tailored to diverse learning needs, including special education and early intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support working with children of varying abilities and backgrounds.
• Plan and execute activities that promote physical education, social skills, and emotional well-being.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress, lesson plans, and classroom activities to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education.
• Proven classroom experience working with children across preschool or daycare settings.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
• Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and students.
• Ability to work with children requiring early intervention or special education services.
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
