Job Timing : 12:00 pm - 5 pm (Monday - Friday)

Calling FEMALE teaching Enthusiast - As part of the KIDZCARE Centre team, you will be expected to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum and Year 1/2 objectives.
• Integrate play-based learning to support student development.
• Prepare weekly schemes of work based on textbooks and curriculum.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and report to parents and leadership.
• Ensure a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Use technology and interactive methods to enhance learning.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain high educational standards.

Academic Expectations:

• Ensure students meet or exceed literacy, numeracy, and science standards.
• Design lessons that are aligned with Year 1 and Year 2 curriculum objectives and promote critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Prepare students for assessments, ensuring they are confident and well-prepared to demonstrate their knowledge.
• Encourage a love for learning and cultivate reading and writing fluency, alongside strong mathematical foundations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in teaching Year 1 and/or Year 2, with proven ability to create weekly schemes of work based on textbooks and curriculum requirements.
• Experience in utilizing play-based learning as a core teaching strategy.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
