Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized candidate to join our team as a Center Head/Teacher . This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from managing Sales of center to overseeing center operations/activities from 12pm to 8 pm . The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create your own center with multiple sports at TIDA partner schools

* Manage activities across different sports centers in top schools

* Ensure student engagement, discipline, and learning outcomes

* Create and manage basic content for social media platforms

* Coordinate with school authorities and internal teams

*Engaging prospective customers through structured tele calling to generate, qualify, and close sales opportunities.

* Represent TIDA Academies professionally across all assigned locations

Required Skills:

* Strong teaching and classroom management skills

* Hands-on experience with social media

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Willingness to travel between multiple school campuses

*Location:* Multiple school campusesacross Chd /Mohali/ Tricity ,Punjab, Haridwar, Rishikesh ,Jaipur etc

Job Type:* Full-time

*Working Hours:* 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM

*Working Days:* Monday to Saturday

*Educational Qualification:* B.Ed (Mandatory)

*Experience:* Minimum 3 years of teaching experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
