Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and nurture young minds in a dynamic educational environment. The ideal candidate will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive classroom atmosphere, and support the holistic development of children across various age groups. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies.
  • Plan and execute daily lessons, activities, and assessments aligned with educational standards and individualized student needs.
  • Support early intervention efforts by identifying developmental milestones and collaborating with specialists when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and behavioral observations for ongoing evaluation.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention techniques, and classroom management strategies.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development, standardized testing, tutoring methods, and Montessori or other specialized educational approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and needs, including those requiring special education support.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Relevant certifications in early childhood education or teaching credentials preferred; prior preschool or private school experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to plan lessons that incorporate literacy education, math instruction (including basic numeracy), physical education activities, and child welfare practices. Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
