Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and nurture young minds in a dynamic educational environment. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with educational standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social-emotional growth.
  • Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies.
  • Deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental stages, including preschool and toddler care.
  • Assess student progress regularly using standardized testing and formative assessments; adapt instruction accordingly.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support each child's overall welfare and educational needs.
  • Incorporate early intervention strategies for children requiring additional support in areas such as special education or childhood development.
  • Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, and behavioral observations to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support child welfare by creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes physical activity, social skills, and emotional resilience.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, classroom management, and innovative teaching techniques.

Experience

  • Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and special education.
  • Proven classroom management skills with the ability to foster a positive learning environment for young learners.
  • Experience with teaching physical education and implementing activities that promote motor skills development.
  • Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring strategies to support individual student achievement.
  • Knowledge of early intervention practices and Montessori educational principles is advantageous.
