Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and nurture young minds in a dynamic educational environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across early childhood education and subject areas such as literacy, math, and physical education
  • Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies
  • Support children’s social-emotional development and promote child welfare within the classroom setting
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs, including special education and early intervention strategies
  • Use standardized testing and assessment tools to monitor student progress and tailor instruction accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support each child's growth and address individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans to ensure compliance with educational standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field; Montessori certification or preschool experience preferred
  • Proven classroom experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques
  • Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members
  • Familiarity with teaching physical education, tutoring techniques, and standardized testing procedures
  • Ability to work with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers; experience in toddler care is a plus
  • Passion for early childhood education combined with a lively, energetic approach to teaching
