Follow the Son Child Care Center is seeking a nurturing, dependable, and energetic Two-Year-Old Lead Teacher. The ideal candidate will create a safe and engaging classroom environment, implement age-appropriate activities, maintain open communication with families, and ensure the well-being and development of each child.

Qualifications:

• Early Childhood Credentials, or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience working with toddlers preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Must be reliable, professional, and passionate about working with young children

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities
• Supervise and engage with children throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Communicate effectively with families and staff
• Follow all licensing regulations and center policies

Full-time position. Competitive pay based on education and experience.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
