At Lovder Academy , we believe great teachers don't just help students get better grades. They inspire students to love learning, ask big questions, and become the best version of themselves.

We're looking for passionate, engaging online instructors to teach advanced elementary and middle school students in one of the following subjects:

• Literature
• Physics
• Chemistry
• History
• Economics

Have a unique class idea? We'd love to hear it! Whether it's neuroscience, philosophy, creative writing, game theory, engineering, astronomy, psychology, or another subject you're passionate about, you're welcome to propose your own course. We love helping talented educators turn great ideas into exciting classes.

Our students are bright, curious, and love being challenged. Classes are small, discussion-based, and designed to make learning exciting rather than just memorizing facts.

This is a fully remote, part-time teaching opportunity with flexible scheduling.

What You'll Do

• Teach live online classes in your subject area.
• Create engaging, interactive lessons that make complex ideas easy to understand.
• Encourage discussion, curiosity, and critical thinking.
• Build meaningful relationships with students and create a supportive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with our team to continuously improve curriculum and learning experiences.
• If you have an exciting idea for a new course, we're happy to help you develop and launch it.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or coaching experience.
• Has a fun, energetic, and engaging personality.
• Loves working with motivated young students.
• Is currently enrolled at or recently graduated from an Ivy League university or another Top 15 U.S. university (U.S. News rankings) .
• Is reliable, organized, and communicates clearly.
• Can make learning enjoyable while maintaining high academic standards.

Compensation & Perks

• Starting at $50+ per hour (higher rates available based on experience and subject expertise).
