Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Teacher 3 to join our dynamic early childhood education team. In this role, you will lead engaging classroom activities, develop curriculum tailored to diverse learning needs, and support the holistic development of young children. Your enthusiasm will inspire children to explore, learn, and thrive in a nurturing environment that promotes literacy, social skills, and physical development. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles across various domains such as literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning
  • Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies
  • Support early intervention efforts by identifying developmental milestones and collaborating with specialists when necessary
  • Engage with children through hands-on activities that promote childhood development and toddler care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, standardized testing results, and behavioral observations
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to share insights on child welfare, progress, and classroom activities
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive environment that adheres to childcare standards and promotes child welfare

Experience:

  • Prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as preschool or daycare
  • Demonstrated ability in curriculum development tailored for young learners
  • Experience working with children with special needs or in special education programs is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Montessori or other educational philosophies like early intervention strategies is a plus
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and community partners
  • Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques for young children
  • Proven ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing environment
