Role & Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in preparing and organizing daily lesson materials, classroom resources, and instructional aids to support seamless delivery.
• Facilitate small-group and one-on-one student support during instructional time, reinforcing core concepts in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment by supervising student behavior and enforcing school policies under teacher guidance.
• Track and document student progress through observation, informal assessments, and participation reports to assist in individualized learning plans.
• Support extracurricular and school-wide events by managing logistics, student coordination, and activity setup as needed.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt instructional materials and classroom routines to accommodate diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds.
