Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)

Job Purpose:

To support the class teacher in creating a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment for young children and assist in daily classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in daily lesson activities and classroom routines
• Support children during learning, play, snack time, and outdoor activities
• Help in preparing teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays
• Ensure children’s safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times
• Supervise children during arrival, departure, and transitions between activities
• Provide individual attention and support to children when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
• Support positive behaviour management and encourage good habits
• Assist in school events, activities, and programs
• Follow nursery policies, safeguarding, and health & safety standards
• Work as a supportive team member with teachers and staff

Requirements:

• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
• Previous experience in childcare/early years is an advantage
• Loving, patient, and caring attitude towards children
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in early childhood education
• Ability to handle young children (PRE KG/FS1/FS2 age group)

Additional Preference:

• Candidates with own visa or dependent visa preferred
• Candidates based in Sharjah preferred

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
