WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support the Lead Teacher in delivering a nurturing, developmentally appropriate classroom experience for infants ages 12 to 18 months

Build warm, trusting relationships with each child and their family

Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and sensory play with consistency and care

Observe and document milestone moments that families treasure

Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment at all times

Collaborate with the full Busy Bees team because we genuinely do life together here

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent required. CDA, AA in Early Childhood Education, or related coursework strongly preferred

Experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare or educational setting

Ability to pass a New Jersey background check and meet all state licensing requirements

CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain upon hire

Physically able to lift, carry, and move with children throughout the day

Someone who shows up in character, in consistency, and in heart
