Teacher cum Clinical Supervisor - Female

Position: Teaching Faculty / Clinical Supervisor – Female Only
Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical teaching to nursing students.
• Supervise clinical training and ensure adherence to nursing standards.
• Guide students in patient care, clinical procedures, and professional ethics.
• Assist in curriculum development and academic planning.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance in both classroom and clinical environments.
• Maintain professional discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Qualification: BScN / Post RN BScN (Master’s in Nursing will be preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of teaching and clinical supervisory experience in a recognized hospital or nursing school in Karachi.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Registered with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
