At Diave’ Daye Child Development Center, we believe in nurturing children with purpose, patience, and love. We’re currently hiring Assistant Teachers who are dependable, engaging, and ready to support our littlest learners—from infants to school-age children (6 weeks to 12 years).

Whether you’re just starting out or have experience, this is a meaningful opportunity to grow in the field of early childhood education within a supportive, community-focused environment.

✅ What You’ll Do:

✅ Support Lead Teachers in daily activities, classroom management, and transitions
✅ Help set up and clean up meals, crafts, and learning activities
✅ Engage with children during play, lessons, and outdoor time
✅ Assist with lesson prep and simple tutoring (homework help, basic skills)
✅ Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment
✅ Supervise children during arrival, dismissal, meals, and nap time
✅ Communicate clearly with coworkers and contribute to a positive team culture

✅ What We’re Looking For:

✅ A warm, reliable, and energetic personality
✅ Experience working with children (babysitting, daycare, tutoring, etc.)
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Ability to follow direction and support classroom routines
✅ Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid training and meet health requirements
✅ Available to work Monday–Friday (daytime hours)
