We are looking for passionate and qualified English teachers who are eager to help students achieve their language goals in an engaging and supportive environment.

Work Hours: 36 hours per week (Evening shifts)

Student Age Group: Adults and Young Learners

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).
• Fluent English proficiency (native or near-native level).
• At least 1 year of experience teaching beginner-level students.
• Experience teaching students from diverse cultural backgrounds, preferably from the Middle East.
• Fixed monthly salary (after tax).
• Free premium accommodation.
• Annual round-trip flight ticket to home country.
• Fully paid trip every 6 months to Egypt, Jordan, Dubai, or AlUla for teachers who achieve a 7.5/10 rating in student and academic director evaluations.
• Quarterly performance bonus based on company net profit.
