Full-Time High School / Higher Secondary Faculty

Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science

Organization: Smart Up Learning Venture, LLP

Centers: 9 Centers Across Cochin

Vacancies: 50+ Positions Available

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work timing :12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Curriculum: CBSE & State Board

Location Preference: Candidates based in Cochin is preferred

Role Overview

We are inviting applications from qualified educators to teach Classes 11 & 12 (CBSE & State Board) in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science. Candidates must demonstrate strong subject expertise, effective communication, and a genuine passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver well-structured, syllabus-aligned lessons for Higher Secondary students.

Conduct tests, evaluate performance, and offer constructive feedback.

Provide academic guidance, including doubt-clearing and focused mentoring.

Maintain discipline and create a student-friendly, motivational classroom environment.

Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum planning and improvements.

Support students in preparing for board exams and other exams.

Maintain records of student progress and communicate with parents when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject (B.Sc/M.Sc, B.Tech/M.Tech,B. Ed etc.)

Teaching experience in CBSE/State Board curriculum is an added advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
