Teacher for Gym, Music and Play

Calling all performers, spotlike-seekers, and anyone who likes to "ham it up!"

If you are reading this, it's safe to say that you don't see your self as a "9 to 5" type, If we're being honest, neither do we!

We are a My Gym Children's Fitness Center - the ultimate children's fitness and developmental activity center - in Jupiter, FL and we get to sing, dance and play all day... in a T-shirt and socks!

Do you love kids, being generally silly and enjoy really fun, happy, positive vibes?

Who are you?

• Someone who is high-energy, loves to play, be silly and thinks corn isn't cringe.
• A warm, friendly team player who follows through and always gives 100%
• Reliable and communicative. Our kids will bond with you, so ghosts need not apply.

Your skill set:

• A genuine love for children, from babies through elementary school ages
• Ability to work morning shifts (usually 8:30am-1:30pm) and/or afternoon shifts (usually 3:15pm-7:30pm) including at least 20 weekend hours/month
• Commitment to train and take direction well/easily
• Stage presence - if the idea of performing sounds scare, we might not be the right fit for you.
• Willingness to clean (cleaning is a big part of what we do - and its how we keep each other and our kids safe & healthy!).
• Effective leadership and motivational skills
• A background in dance, sports, theatre, teaching is a HUUUUGE PLUS

What's in it for you:

Pay starts $16/hour for training incrementally increasing to $18 when you are fully leading "parties/camps" plus TIPS at parties.

For Shift Leads and who have worked with us for 6 months we provide a stipend for professional/career development within our industry.
