Key Responsibilities:

• Design interactive lesson plans aligned with the prescribed curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods to simplify complex concepts.
• Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and projects to evaluate student understanding and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning atmosphere, ensuring all students actively participate in the learning process.
• Guide and motivate students, addressing their academic and personal concerns.
• Organize debates, quizzes, and field trips to enhance students' practical understanding of Social Studies.
• Stay updated with educational trends and participate in workshops to enhance teaching skills.

Qualification - B.Ed. , Graduation.
