• Teacher management & mentoring
• Guide, support, and mentor teachers and classroom assistants
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
• Support teacher training, development
• Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work culture
• Classroom & Child Development
• Maintain a safe, warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Observe and monitor children’s development and milestones
• Support teachers in addressing individual learning needs
• To Ensure child safety, hygiene, and wellbeing at all times

• Demonstrate high standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity
• Maintain respectful, calm, and positive behaviour with children and staff
