Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with preschool children and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play, exploration, and creativity.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support children's development.
• Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas including social skills, language, and cognitive abilities.
• Encourage children's curiosity and exploration through hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences.
• Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
• Skills in tutoring or providing individualized support to children are highly valued.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate math and other foundational skills for preschoolers.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A patient, nurturing demeanor with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
