Teacher - Pre Primary

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Akanksha curriculum using effective teaching methods
• Plan and implement engaging lessons tailored to students’ needs
• Design assessments to track and evaluate student progress
• Use varied teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Build collaborative relationships with students, parents, the community, and school team
• Set clear and high expectations for students
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized classroom environment
• Participate actively in professional development opportunities and network events
• Attend and contribute to all school trainings and meetings
• Complete professional obligations efficiently and responsibly
• Engage in extra-curricular and celebratory school activities
• Make occasional community visits to strengthen parent connections

Experience:

• Prior teaching experience is preferred, though freshers will also be considered

Education:

• Pre-Primary: Graduate in any discipline; a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or a related qualification is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
