Teacher / Teacher Assistant

Qualifications:  B. Ed. / ECE / DECE / Diploma in Montessori ( atleast one of these or similar qualification is required )

Experience:  1 – 2 years’ experience in teaching preschool children - required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities based on the Kangaroo Kids International Preschool framework.
• Create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for young children.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports the emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child.
• Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience.

Important Skills

• Excellent command over the English language (speaking & writing)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Amicable personality and a love for children
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
