Job Title: Assistant Trainer
Female trainers (prefered)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (in-person or online) tailored to employee or client needs.
• Conduct training sessions using various methods such as workshops, presentations, demonstrations, and simulations.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, or consultations with managers and staff.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees to ensure knowledge retention and skill application.
• Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve training quality.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resources effectively.
• Track trainee progress and provide feedback and performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure training aligns with company goals, policies, and compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
