Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress and performance
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior effectively
• Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress
• Support school events, activities, and extracurricular programs
• Follow school policies, procedures, and educational standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject (Master’s preferred in some institutions)
• Teaching certification/license as required by local regulations
• Proven teaching experience (freshers may apply for junior roles)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students
• Good classroom management and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology
