Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and classroom management, with experience working with children across various developmental stages. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students’ academic and social growth. The Teacher will play a vital part in shaping young minds and promoting a love of learning through innovative teaching methods and individualized support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards and student needs.
- Design engaging lesson plans focused on literacy, math, physical education, and other core subjects.
- Manage classroom behavior to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment conducive to learning.
- Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and encourage positive social interactions.
- Assess student progress through observations, and informal evaluations; adjust instruction accordingly.
- Support early intervention strategies for students requiring additional assistance or special education services.
- Incorporate teaching approaches as appropriate for the classroom setting.
- Foster open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
- Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student assessments, and behavioral reports.
- Participate in professional development activities.
Requirements are a plus:
- Proven experience working with children in educational settings such as daycare, preschool, private schools, or early childhood programs.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development, behavior management, and classroom management techniques.
- Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and standardized testing procedures.
- Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention strategies, and literacy education.
- Experience with preschool education.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs including toddlers care and tutoring roles.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
