Teachers - Educational Content Reviewer (Remote, Project-Based Collaboration)

Eduboom is an international EdTech company creating engaging and easy-to-understand video lessons for school students. We collaborate with experienced teachers to develop high-quality digital educational content aligned with national curricula.

We are currently looking for active teachers based in Turkey to join us in remote, project-based collaboration and support the creation of educational content aligned with the Turkish national curriculum.

Important Criteria - Please Read Before Applying:

Active School Experience Required: This role is strictly for teachers currently working in a registered school environment. If you do not have current classroom experience, please do not apply.

Candidates whose experience is limited to private tutoring or freelance coaching will not be reviewed.

We require educators who teach subjects aligned with the Turkish national curriculum.

Role Overview

We are looking for teachers with current classroom experience in Turkey and a strong understanding of the local curriculum and modern teaching methods.

This role does not involve live teaching or direct work with students.

Instead, you will contribute to the development and improvement of video lessons used by thousands of students across Turkey, with a flexible commitment of a few hours per month.

You should be comfortable working across primary and secondary/high school levels in one or more of the following subjects:

• Mathematics
• Turkish Language & Literature
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics
• Natural Sciences

Teachers specializing in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Primary Education may also contribute to Natural Sciences content for lower grades.

Main Responsibilities

Review Lesson Scripts

• Ensure explanations are accurate and aligned with the Turkish curriculum
• Suggest clearer examples and improvements
• Check that the difficulty level matches the target grade
• Identify missing key concepts

Review Video Lessons

• Evaluate clarity, structure, and student engagement
• Assess the pedagogical quality of explanations
• Suggest improvements in pacing and lesson flow
• Verify terminology and definitions in Turkish language

Provide Pedagogical Feedback

• Help make lessons more structured and student-friendly
• Ensure content reflects real classroom needs in Turkey

Workload

• Approximately 20 hours per month
• Project-based collaboration (not fixed employment)
• Opportunity for long-term cooperation

Requirements

• Active teaching experience in Turkey
• Strong understanding of the Turkish national curriculum
• Attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback
• Availability for remote, project-based work
• No strong English requirement; ability to understand basic written content and effectively use translation tools when needed for feedback
