Education:

Minimum of 60 semester hours of post-secondary credit or 2 years of academic training beyond high school
Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years of full-time employment experience
Job Summary:
The Teacher Assistant will provide support to lead teachers in a daycare environment, assisting with classroom supervision, instruction, and daily operations to ensure a safe and engaging setting for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher with classroom activities and supervision.

Support small groups or individual students under the direction of the lead teacher.

Help prepare and organize learning materials.

Perform clerical, administrative, and non-instructional tasks as assigned.

Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.

Support positive classroom management and student engagement.
