Teaching Assistant (Part Time) - Female

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support the smooth running of Infinite Active Camps and daily activities within Infinite Sports LLC. The role involves assisting with operational coordination, session delivery, administrative duties, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants. The ideal applicant will be organized, confident working with children, and able to communicate effectively with parents and school personnel.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Activity Sessions

• Lead fun and age-appropriate activities for children aged 3–12
• Prepare and plan sessions each term, ensuring resources are ready in advance
• Purchase approved materials within the monthly allocated budget

2. Administration & Operations

• Communicate with parents for updates or concerns
• Record and report incidents to school staff and management
• Attend a weekly office meeting
• Mark attendance daily and ensure facility/equipment safety
• Maintain student wellbeing, provide first aid when necessary, and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed

3. Reporting

• The Teaching Assistant reports directly to the Active Site Lead – Infinite Sports LLC / Absolute Sports LLC

KEY REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum high school education or relevant experience
• Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
• Valid Iqama / ID
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Child Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete before the start date)
• Police Clearance from Absher as well as from the applicant’s home country
• Awareness of regulatory guidelines related to children’s safety

• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication abilities

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

WORKING HOURS:

• Approximately 3.5 hours daily

Schedule may fall anytime between 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm (Sunday to Thursday)
(Friday & Saturday are non-working days)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ﷼100.00 per day
