Teaching Faculty (Architect / Interior Designer)

Job Role: Teaching Faculty – Architecture / Interior Design

We are urgently looking for an experienced and passionate Architect / Interior Designer to join our Calicut branch as a full-time teaching faculty.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theory & practical sessions for Architecture / Interior Design students
• Handle design studios, concept development, space planning & detailing
• Train students in industry-relevant practices, materials, and workflows
• Guide students in portfolio development & design thinking
• Participate in workshops, expert sessions, and academic planning
• Maintain academic quality, discipline, and student engagement

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch / B.Des / M.Des / Interior Design Degree or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years (Industry / Teaching experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge in:
• Architectural / Interior Design principles
• Design development & execution drawings
• Materials, construction methods & detailing
• Software knowledge (any of the following preferred):
• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop etc.
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development
