Are you looking for something more than a traditional teaching position? Join our unique Therapy team at TherHappy Therapy Services – Ohana Skilled Day Program, located on a beautiful 30+-acre therapy farm, where education, therapy, and meaningful experiences come together.

Our program serves children with autism and developmental differences through an innovative academic model that incorporates Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Equine/Hippotherapy services into the school day.

We are seeking passionate, creative educators who believe learning happens everywhere — not just inside four walls.

Our Programs Include Pre-K, Elementary & High School classroom groups Equine / Hippotherapy-based learning experiences Garden Girl Club & farm-based enrichment activities Work Readiness & Life Skills Program Tutoring services Outpatient therapy services throughout the day

Our students learn through movement, sensory experiences, nature, therapy collaboration, functional academics, and real-world opportunities. Teachers work alongside an interdisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech therapists, physical therapists and therapy professionals.

We're looking for educators who are:

Passionate about children with autism and special needs Creative, flexible, and team-oriented Excited by hands-on learning opportunities Comfortable thinking outside the traditional classroom model Interested in collaborating with therapy professionals

Experience with autism, sensory needs, AAC/nonverbal communication, special education, or interdisciplinary settings is a plus, but a heart for our mission matters most.
