Teal Lead - Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio, advanced technical skills, and a proven track record of leading design projects and teams. The Lead Graphic Designer will be responsible for driving the visual direction of our brand, overseeing design projects, and mentoring a team of talented designers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Creative Leadership: Lead the creative vision and direction for all design projects, ensuring alignment with Lakshya’s brand identity and strategic goals.

● Project Oversight: Manage and oversee the design process for multiple projects, from initial concept through final execution, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.

● Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior and senior designers.

● Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and other departments to develop and implement design concepts that meet project objectives and enhance brand communication.

● Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design and messaging across all platforms and materials, upholding the visual identity and standards of Lakshya.

● Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, including AI tools, to continuously improve design processes and output.

● Design Execution: Create compelling and visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, posters, advertisements, and promotional materials.

● Problem Solving: Address and resolve design challenges creatively and efficiently, providing innovative solutions that meet project and business requirements.

Requirements:

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Knowledge of AI tools and other design software is highly desirable.

Creative Skills:

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding. Ability to create innovative and high-impact designs.

● Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design ideas clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.

● Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

● Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

● Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.

● AI Knowledge: Proficient in using AI tools to streamline design processes and enhance creativity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
