Role Summary
The Team Coordinator & Executive Assistant to the Managing Director provides operational, administrative, and coordination support across renewable energy projects while directly assisting the Managing Director in execution, communication, follow-up and daily administrative duties. The role ensures organizational discipline, information accuracy, and timely action across teams and leadership.
The role provides a unique opportunity for the recent graduates to engage into the activities in green energy industries, and obtain a full-fledge access to scope of works of O-GREEN, working directly with the company leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director.

Manage correspondence, calendars, schedules, priorities, and deadlines for the MD and teams.

Act as the communication interface between the Managing Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Coordinate daily team and leadership activities, meetings, and action follow-ups.

Prepare executive summaries, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and decision trackers.

Track executive and project-level action items and ensure cross-departmental closure.

Maintain structured document control while ensuring confidentiality of strategic, financial, and operational information.

Support onboarding, administrative setup, and coordination for new team members.

Coordinate with vendors, consultants, partners, and regulatory authorities.

Assist with renewable energy project documentation, permits, and approvals.

Track milestones across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Green Energy, Finance or Business Administration or other related field.

Basic knowledge or a strong interest in renewable energy or solar power is a must.

Previous 1- 3 years minimum experience in a coordination or administrative role and/or in green energy related matters.
