Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Team Leader with strong communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and English. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in managing teams, driving performance, and ensuring quality results. Responsibilities include team coordination, task allocation, performance monitoring, problem-solving, reporting, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a team to achieve performance targets.

Communicate clearly in all five languages as required.

Monitor daily operations, ensure quality service, and resolve issues.

Provide training, feedback, and performance evaluations.

Prepare reports and coordinate with management.

Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive work culture.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of team-leading or supervisory experience.

Excellent communication & leadership skills.

Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and handle conflicts.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

This position requires candidates who are open to relocation
