Job Opportunity – Team Lead

A reputable cutlery manufacturing unit is seeking an experienced professional for mechanical maintenance of press machines, with basic coordination in electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of press machines used in cutlery production.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper machine alignment, adjustment, and safe operation.
• Recommend mechanical improvements to enhance performance and safety.
• Coordinate with electrical staff for maintenance of 11kV breakers, transformers, motors, and related systems.
• Assist in identifying electrical issues affecting machine performance.
• Follow all mechanical and electrical safety procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records and report machine condition to management.

Requirements:

• DAE (Mechanical)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of industrial press machines
• Basic understanding of 11kV electrical systems (with support from electrical specialists)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safety awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
