Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and drive a team of agents on our Final Expense (FE) campaign. If you know the FE space, understand the product, and know how to get the best out of your team — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of FE campaign agents daily
• Monitor KPIs including conversion rates, call quality, and attendance
• Conduct team huddles, one-on-ones, and regular performance reviews
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted coaching and feedback
• Ensure adherence to scripts, compliance standards, and company policies
• Coordinate with trainers and QA to maintain quality benchmarks
• Maintain team performance records and report to Operations Management

Requirements

• Prior experience on a Final Expense (FE) campaign — mandatory, no exceptions
• Minimum 1 year in a Team Lead or supervisory role in a BPO/call center
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales processes
