Team Lead / Content Manager – Tech & Community (On-site, Islamabad)

We're hiring an experienced Content & Community Team Lead to manage and scale a team of writers creating impactful content for tech, SaaS, and product-based companies.

You'll be responsible for both the creative direction and operational management of our content output, ensuring every piece drives visibility, engagement, and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3–5 English content writers
• Set and maintain editorial standards for tone, structure, and community relevance
• Oversee planning, research, and execution of multi-format content (blogs, landing pages, community posts, and marketing copy)
• Edit and refine writers’ work for quality, accuracy, and SEO optimization
• Build scalable content systems and processes to manage multiple brands and clients
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with brand objectives
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, SEO rankings) and iterate strategies accordingly
• Train, onboard, and grow the content team — fostering accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional content writing and editorial experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role within a content, marketing, or media team
• Exceptional written English and editing skills
• Proven experience creating or managing content for tech, SaaS, or service-based companies
• Solid understanding of SEO, content funnels, and online visibility best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain consistency under tight deadli nes
• Comfortable working with online communities (Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.)
• Must have own PC/laptop
• Must be able to work on-site (Islamabad i-10)

Bonus if you:

• Have experience leading B2B SaaS or startup-focused content teams
• Can create and analyze content performance dashboards
• Know how to use AI tools to support workflows (e.g., editing, ideation, optimization)
• Have prior agency or client-facing experience

Salary

Rs. 80,000 – 110,000 (based on seniority and leadership experience)
No remote option is available -- Full Time
