GSOC Operations
Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
Reports To: Head of Corporate Security.
Position Overview: The Corporate Security Team Leader is responsible for leading the GSOC and CCTV operations ensuring effective security monitoring and incident management across all locations globally. This role encompasses expert-level roster management to optimize shift coverage, team management, and acting as the primary liaison for global security managers. The incumbent will drive operational excellence, enforce SOP compliance especially in healthcare settings and report to the Head of Corporate Security.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and manage the GSOC and CCTV security operations team to ensure high performance and adherence to protocols.
- Expertly plan, implement, and manage the shift roster to ensure continuous 24/7 security coverage with optimal resource utilization, addressing shift rotations and leave management for a 6-day work schedule.
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for global security managers, facilitating clear communication and coordination across all regional teams.
- Manage incident detection, reporting, investigations, and documentation ensuring compliance with corporate and healthcare operational standards.
- Develop, review, and enforce SOPs related to security operations within healthcare environments.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team upskilling and SOP refreshers to maintain operational readiness.
- Utilize technical knowledge of security systems including CCTV technologies and GSOC software platforms for effective surveillance management.
- Perform risk assessments and audits, recommending improvements to security protocols and technologies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, analytics, and KPIs to senior management to demonstrate operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies for crisis management and emergency responses.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Security Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate security operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams.
- Proven expertise in roster and shift management for round-the-clock security operations, including handling complex shift patterns and team availability.
- Good technical proficiency with GSOC operations, CCTV management, and incident response systems.
- Experience in healthcare operational SOPs and compliance is highly preferred.
- Advanced communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills to engage global security teams effectively.
- Analytical skills for risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work efficiently under rotational shift patterns, 6 days a week.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
