Team Lead Designer-Textile

We are hiring a Team Lead -Textile Designer for our Head Office (Korangi Industrial Area). The following are the requirements & brief description of the role:

1) Creating trade show and event content that reflects the brand identity.

2) Developing theme-based towel collections with sustainable materials and unique finishes.

3) Creating textile concepts, including weaves, prints, patterns, and textures.

4) Conducting trend analysis in international markets such as Dubai and the UK to support design and marketing strategies.

5) Researching market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to generate innovative ideas.

6) Collaborating with marketing and production teams to ensure consistent storytelling and design execution.

7) Creating seasonal mood boards to guide trend-aligned product and design concepts.

Requirements:

1) 7-8 years of relevant experience in a towel/textile manufacturing organization with solid weaving experience.

2) Good Communication and Time Management Skills.

3) Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

4) Should have strong follow-up & can work under pressure.
