Team Lead- Full Stack (MERN)

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Full Stack (MERN) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, along with strong leadership and architecture skills. You will be responsible for guiding the development team, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack (MERN) developers, ensuring code quality, performance, and timely delivery.
• Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, and product teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly solutions.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and handle frontend–backend integrations.
• Manage application deployment and performance optimization across environments.
• Implement best practices in code reviews, CI/CD, version control, and documentation.
• Take ownership of system design decisions, project planning, and sprint execution.
• Monitor performance and guide team members in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js (preferred), Node.js, and Express.js.
• Proficient in MongoDB and database design principles.
• Good understanding of microservices, API architecture, and cloud deployments (AWS preferred).
• Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring a development team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with team leadership responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
