What You’ll Do
As our Team Lead – Full Stack (MERN), you will:

• Lead and mentor a talented team of Full Stack (MERN) developers, driving best practices, code quality, and team growth.
• Architect and build scalable applications using React.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Design and maintain clean, efficient, and secure RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth frontend-backend integration.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver seamless, high-impact solutions.
• Own system design, sprint planning, and execution — helping define roadmap priorities and technical direction.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and documentation processes to ensure high quality and fast delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize performance, and guide the team in solving architecture challenges.
• Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and open communication across cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in Full Stack/MERN development, with proven leadership or mentoring experience.
• Tech Skills: Strong hands-on experience with React.js (Next.js preferred), Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Architecture: Deep understanding of microservices, API design, and scalable system architecture.
• DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a natural collaborator.
• Agile Mindset: Comfortable in Agile/Scrum processes, with experience guiding sprint planning and execution.
• Leadership Balance: Ability to both write high-quality code and mentor your team to do the same.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
