We're Entri, a fast-growing, EdTech startup from Kochi and we're on the lookout for an extremely self-driven Inside Sales Team Lead to lead and support Telugu region Inside Sales Team.

Although we have learned that the number of years of experience is not a reliable indicator of the person's skill or productivity, we believe someone with 3+ years of sales / business development experience would be best suited to adapt quickly to our challenging requirements and pace.

Position : Inside Sales Team Lead - Telugu Region

Job Description:

As the Inside Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a dynamic team of 5-10 Inside Sales Executives (ISEs).

Your primary objective will be to drive customer adoption of the Entri app within the Telugu-speaking market.

This role offers the opportunity to develop and execute strategic sales plans, foster team development, and contribute significantly to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans tailored to the Telugu region.

- Cultivate a strong sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement, effective prospecting, and lead generation.

- Oversee the career growth and development of individual team members, providing ongoing guidance and support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Minimum of 3 years of sales/business development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

- Fluent in both Telugu and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Demonstrated track record of successful team leadership and people development.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

- Proficiency in leveraging data and market trends to inform business strategies.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and meet deadlines consistently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
